Theme Development

Public theme development is not released yet.

Themes use TunaKit and a similar native bundle, development-install, and review model to extensions, but the API and starter project are still changing with Tuna’s built-in themes. We are opening the extension API first so we can learn from a smaller, more stable surface before committing to public theme compatibility.

The detailed theme authoring drafts are intentionally unpublished for now. If you are already experimenting with a theme, contact us.
