Improvements

• Settings → Sources is rebuilt around providers: one row each for Applications, Files, System,
  History, Clipboard, Custom Items, Tuna, every folder you added, and every extension. A provider's
  page holds its settings, connections, sources, actions, and app enrichment in one place.

• An extension can be switched off from its page. Off means its sources leave search and its
